Okay so there's a new nail polish called Crackle and it's by China Glaze. You put on a base coat and then put the crackle nail polish over that and in a couple of seconds the polish starts to separate and looks like it is cracked.
This is how it looked on my nails..
(I used the pink crackle nail polish)
And this is what the kit looks like, but you don't have to use black. You can really use any base coat you want.
